View of the neighbor

One of the key goals is to achieve seclusion from the neighbors. They're nice enough but I don't want them to be able to see into the deck area. I'm open to creative solutions, but I'm expecting to have to make a cedar wall up to the top of the window and plant some vines on at least their side in order that it not be obtrusive.
